If by why you mean, why is david bowie hanging out with the cast of twin peaks, then, it's because he made a small cameo in "Fire walk with me", wherein he tells a crazy story and then disappears, or something.
is fire walk with me worth checking out? if i had seen that (sorry, world) this would have made more sense.
