still way better than most everything else in the world, but feel like they might be slipping a little bit here.

glorious dawn on 45!?

Thursday, December 3, 2009 by Chris

jack white, in all of his unpredictable wtf-titude, has decided to press up carl sagan's glorious dawn on 45-rpm vinyl, and "the b-side is a cool etching of the original Voyager Golden Record cover."

cool does not do this audio curio justice, people. my day has officially been made. if anyone had a question of what cheap novelty they could buy me for christmas, look no further than this link.

OH! this reminds me, there was a new addition to the symphony of science nerdtacular auto-tuned videos a while back:

like everyone else out there in internetville, i think that autotune the news was/is the shit, but there's a new kid on the block as of today. school is in sesh, and prof carl is singing the science hits!

this apparently originated from some dudes called colorpulse, and you can dl the audio over here.
